The rebel leader Marcos appeared at the “Festival of Dignified Race” held in the chiapas state. It’s been over a year since the subcomandante Marcos has been seen, during the festival he spoke about Mexico’s war on drugs and how President Felipe Calderon was in cahoots with some drug gangs to eliminate other gangs. He also spoke on the voters that elected the new president Barack Obama who expect change in US foreign policy would be disappointed; he cited the fact that president Obama has not condemned Israel’s attack on Gaza as evidence.
